The Toronto Blue Jays expressed their dissatisfaction with where the New York Yankees’ point guards were standing following their claim that Aaron Judge was looking at or near his dugout for information on potential deflected pitches.

Well, it didn’t take long for the coaching drama to repeat itself at Rogers Center on Tuesday night.

Toronto pitching coach Pete Walker yelled at Yankees third base coach Luis Rojas for his location near the coach’s box, prompting Rojas to speak with home plate umpire James Hoye in a conversation quite lively.

As their conversation unfolded, Blue Jays manager John Schneider can be seen telling someone to «shut up.»

Yankees manager Aaron Boone joined the fray and everything seemed to calm down until the fourth inning.

At the bottom of that frame, Boone returned serve by telling Hoye that Toronto third base coach Luis Rivera was standing in a spot he shouldn’t have been.

After the game, Boone said that everything was «tired.»

«It’s just silly. It’s silly. It’s ridiculous. And I think everyone, I hope on both sides, realizes that.»

Schneider said that Walker was «probably more playful than anything else,» but Rojas «objected.»

This is all because Judge presumably peeked into his dugout just before he hit a 462-foot home run Monday night. Judge said he was only doing it to see who was «chirping» in the dugout, but the Blue Jays reportedly didn’t buy that excuse.

The Blue Jays broadcast garnered attention, and Judge said Tuesday he was «not happy» with his sentiments. So for good measure, Judge hit the game-winning home run, his fifth in four games, in the top of the eighth.

In Tuesday’s game, while Judge didn’t cheat, Yankees pitcher Domingo German did. He was ejected after a foreign substance test and will serve an automatic 10-game suspension.
