Tom Brady was in a reflective mood Thursday, but it wasn’t about his football career.

Brady posted some photos on their Instagram stories who showed how grateful he is to be a father by sharing a prayer alongside photos of his children.

The prayer was General Douglas MacArthur’s «Prayer for Your Son,» which is for parents who wish for strength and more for their children.

Brady followed that shot with two more: one from his son, Jack, and his youngest son, Benjamin.

The photo of 15-year-old Jack shows Jack and his father at Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice this year while Jack was away from school for Thanksgiving.

Benjamin’s photo it shows Brady hugging him as a child, kissing him on the cheek.

Both images had two emoji hearts as their caption.

Brady has been spending quality time with his sons since his season ended against the Dallas Cowboys in the wild-card round two weeks ago.

He shared a photo Wednesday of Benjamin and his daughter, Vivian, «playing around.»

The seven-time Super Bowl winner spoke about the latest version of his «Let’s Go!» podcast, saying that he is always trying to teach his children to be resilient.

«I don’t want my kids to do well all the time,» she said. «I told them that this morning. I told them, ‘I want you to fail because I want to see what you’re made of if and when you fail.'»

Brady has always been one to fight against adversity. He pulled off the biggest comeback in Super Bowl history along with multiple come-from-behind wins this season. But he lost to Dallas in the wild card round.

It was a blowout at Raymond James Stadium, as Dak Prescott threw for 305 yards and four touchdowns to lead the Cowboys to a 31-14 victory.

Brady played perhaps his last game in a Buccaneers uniform, passing for 351 yards with two touchdowns and one interception on 66 attempts.
