Cleveland police are searching for an EMT who authorities say went out to get something from his car Saturday night and has not been seen since.

Family members reported missing 30-year-old Lachelle Jordan on Sunday, Cleveland police said.

On Wednesday, Cuyahoga County Crime Stoppers announced a $5,000 reward for information, which said Jordan went missing after he went to his parked car on Fairpoint Avenue at 6 p.m.

Jordan is an EMT from Cleveland and mother of two children, Cleveland’s NBC WKYC affiliate has reported.

In a notice requesting information, police said Jordan was in danger.

She was last seen wearing an East Cleveland Fire Department sweatshirt, green and white tie-dyed pants and rainbow Crocs, police said.
