It’s a taut, restrained thriller about a princess who thinks she’s going to marry a prince only to be thrown down a pit where she’s sacrificed to a dragon.
Brown plays Elodie, who is anxiously awaiting her wedding to Prince Harry and feeling pressure from her father, who needs the money her marriage will bring, to be a good and dutiful wife. After marrying Henry, Elodie realizes that she has been tricked into becoming a sacrificial offering to a cruel dragon that intends to devour her. Elodie must fight her way out of the dragon’s lair and ultimately saves herself by slaying the Dragon.

What is the production status of Damsel?

Millie just finished filming the sequel to Enola Holmes which ended in early January 2022.
Now we can go a step further and state that the movie will start filming in February 2022 in London, England.
Filming began on February 24, 2022, reportedly, and wrapped in July 2022.

Damsel was confirmed among the list of 2023 movies on January 18, 2023.
Furthermore, they revealed that the film is scheduled to launch globally on October 13, 2023.
