SAN JOSE, Calif. — Disgraced Theranos CEO Elizabeth Holmes cites her newborn son as another reason she should be allowed to delay the start of an 11-plus-year prison sentence while her lawyers appeal your sentence for misleading investors about the capabilities of his failed company’s blood-testing technology.
