Damian Priest and Iyo Sky won Saturday night Money in the Bank briefcases in London and a shot at a WWE championship anywhere, anytime.

The Money in the Bank men’s ladder match kicked off the premium live event. Priest needed to survive Logan Paul, LA Knight, Ricochet, Santos Escobar, Butch, and Shinsuke Nakamura and climb the ladder to grab the briefcase.

Priest got the upper hand towards the end of the match, but had to take down a few guys to get out clear and up the ladder.

It looked like LA Knight was going to be the one to climb the ladder. Knight had just pushed Ricochet and Paul off his ladder, which turned into an incredible spot for both competitors and left the YouTube superstar with a nasty back injury. He was then greeted by Butch, who knocked Knight off the ladder. Priest walked in to meet Butch at the top of the stairs. Priest knocked Butch off the ladder.

LA Knight grabbed Priest by the leg and tucked Priest in. LA Knight delivered his finishing move to Escobar and threw Nakamura out of the ring. Knight seemed to have the briefcase in his sights. He was about to release it when Priest came back into the ring and hit Knight with a modified broken arrow from the top of the stairs. Priest climbed the ladder and grabbed the briefcase to win.

Priest later stayed for his partner Finn Balor’s World Heavyweight Championship match against Seth Rollins and distracted Balor long enough for Rollins to gain the upper hand.

On the women’s side, Sky had to get past her own teammate, Bayley, who turned on her.

Sky needed to hold her own against Bayley, Trish Stratus, Zoey Stark, Becky Lynch, and Zelina Vega to win her briefcase, and that’s what she did. Stark helped Stratus throughout the match and it seemed like Sky thought she was going to get the same support from Bayley.

Sky and Bayley were free to go up and get the briefcase early in the match, but the two of them couldn’t decide who should be the one to climb the ladder. At that point, Lynch decided for both of them and eliminated them both.

Sky then had one of the biggest moments of the event. She climbed the ladder, but she was not positioned under the briefcase. As her competitors gathered below, Sky performed a moon jump and eliminated the other women.

Later in the match, Stark managed to pull out some handcuffs. Stark attempted to handcuff Lynch to the ring. He managed to get a handcuff on her, but Lynch wriggled out of the way before the other was hooked to the ring post.

While Lynch was taking care of Stratus outside, Vega was trying to sneak up and grab the briefcase herself. Stark met her at the top. The two traded blows as Vega was able to position himself for a somersault and slammed Stark into another ladder leaning on the ropes.

Sky saw his chance and went for the briefcase. But Bayley pushed her teammate off the ladder and knocked her to the ground. Bayley was upset with her decision and tried to take advantage of her. Lynch reached out and prevented that from happening. Smartly, Sky returned to the ring and interrupted things. Sky took advantage of Lynch’s cuffed hand and locked Bayley’s hand in the other cuff.
