Colombian police reported the dismantling of a drug gang in a series of operations that resulted in 34 arrests and more than two tons of drugs seized.
The operation took place in the departments of Cauca (southwest), Antioquia (northwest), Córdoba (north), Santander (northeast) and La Guajira, which borders Venezuela.
Almost half of the arrests, including the leaders of the gang -who were not identified-, were made in Medellín, the capital of Antioquia.
