Bubba Wallace posted two top-5 finishes over the weekend in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and the Cup Series All-Star Race while battling boos and an apparent outage to his radio communications. Wallace has ruled him out while he focuses on the NASCAR playoffs.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. spoke about the treatment Wallace receives at racetracks. Earnhardt talked about what he saw at Darlington Raceway the week before the All-Star event in North Wilkesboro.

«And I was like man, that’s a day in the life of Bubba. And I was thinking, I know there are people who have hated on Kyle Busch and hated on other drivers, and they’ve probably said some nasty things. But I was really disappointed.» .»
As he alluded to the alleged Wallace radio incident, Earnhardt said the driver of the No. 23 goes through too much.
«I’ll tell you, man, Bubba Wallace takes more shit than anyone deserves,» he added.
By all accounts, Wallace is having a good season with 23XI Racing.
Wallace is 15th in points and is projected to make the playoffs if he continues his pace. A win would definitely help his chances. The Coke 600 is this weekend and Wallace finished 14th at Charlotte last season.
