Biden is scheduled to leave Tuesday for a trip to mark the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, which ended 30 years of violent conflict in Northern Ireland. His first stop will be Belfast, where he will meet British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday.
